Does anyone have suggestions regarding a source for inexpensive used pans that can be used by a teen outreach program in upstate New York. They would be looking for 4-7 instruments in all ranges for their ensemble. The program's budget is limited.
The program may also consider a project for pan building and tuning, which is a major undertaking.
This would require someone willing to start an apprenticeship program for a panyard. Please contact me with any suggestions.
