Miami Pan Symphony Steel Orchestra, Pepper Pot Steelband, 21st Century Steel Orchestra an Pat & Friends Northside Steelband will be amongst the 50 Award Recipients at the Miami Carnival PRIZE AWARDS/Christmas Party at Hialeah Park on Sunday, December 10th.
